Shops launched, ERP-connected and kept operable
Several commerce projects needed to connect product data, orders and existing company processes reliably. The storefront platform was only one part of the work.

The visible shop was not the whole system
Products, prices and stock already lived in other systems. Orders could not end in a new data island. Each shop also needed a mobile interface that supported the way its customers actually chose and bought products.
The projects differed in platform and scope. They shared one question. Which rules belong in the shop, and which data should continue to come from ERP, inventory or connected services?
We built the shop around the real data flows
Design, platform configuration and integration were planned together so a polished storefront would not hide unreliable operations.
Defined data ownership
For products, prices, stock, customers and orders, we established which system remained the authoritative source.
Designed the storefront around buying paths
Navigation, product presentation and checkout were adapted to the catalog, audience and devices.
Built fault-aware integrations
API and import processes received validation, retries and visible failure states for operators.
Prepared releases and maintenance
Theme and plugin changes were versioned, checked and handed over with a clear update path.
What changed
- The shop and existing company systems had defined responsibility for each kind of data.
- Import and integration failures became visible before they could continue unnoticed.
- Storefront and extension changes could be versioned and released through a controlled path.
The right commerce platform cannot fix unclear data ownership. We first established where prices, stock and orders belonged. Only then could the platform be configured and extended sensibly.
This page combines recurring work from several projects. Client names, catalogs and connected systems remain private.
