One accountable partner for the application, delivery and operations.
We take technical responsibility for existing business applications within an agreed scope: maintenance, defect resolution, releases, monitoring and smaller product changes. Without an artificial line between code and servers.
When the application runs but nobody truly owns it
Application management joins maintenance and operations, so responsibility does not stop when a fault sits between application, database and infrastructure.
- An internal team needs dependable support for a mature business application.
- An agency needs a technical partner behind the scenes for development or operations.
- Updates, deployments and backups happen irregularly or without documented verification.
- Defects move between developer, host and supplier without end-to-end ownership.
What we assess and deliver
- Documented inventory of applications, integrations, servers, access and responsibilities
- Agreed schedule for runtime, framework and dependency updates
- Controlled deployments with verification and rollback paths
- Monitoring for applications, resources, errors and relevant business paths
- Prioritized defect resolution and planned smaller product changes
- Regular overview of changes, risks and upcoming decisions
Clear service boundaries
- Scope, response time and on-call cover apply only as explicitly agreed.
- Large features and migrations are planned as separate projects.
- Hosting, licence and third-party costs are not automatically included.
- An unknown system receives a technical assessment before ongoing care starts.
From assessment to a dependable result
- 01
Define the takeover
The system, access, suppliers, risks and intended responsibilities are recorded in full.
- 02
Stabilize the baseline
Urgent gaps in updates, deployment, backups and monitoring are closed first.
- 03
Set the rhythm
Maintenance windows, priorities, communication and reporting are agreed for the system.
- 04
Improve continuously
Operations, defect work and small modernization steps share one technical owner.

Take over unknown systems properly first.
When documentation, access or system health is unclear, application rescue creates the foundation for ongoing management.

Which applications can you manage?
We focus on web-based business applications, especially PHP, Symfony, Laravel, Rails and custom backends. We review the stack and operating model before committing.
Does the infrastructure need to move?
No. The application can remain with its current provider when access, technical foundations and responsibilities are suitable.
Are new features included?
Smaller agreed changes can use the ongoing allocation. Larger features receive their own scope and delivery plan.
Do you provide guaranteed response times?
Only when explicitly included in the agreement. Criticality, on-call cover and response targets are set before service begins.
Put your application into context
Describe the application, stack and current goal. We will respond with an initial view of the most useful next step.
