Releases that do not depend on one person's memory.
We turn manual SSH, FTP and server deployments into a documented pipeline. Every release builds the same artifact, runs the agreed checks and has a defined rollback path.
When deployment still needs manual work and hope
A useful pipeline does not automate blindly. It makes the current release process visible and adds controls where mistakes cost the most.
- Releases use SSH, FTP or commands remembered by one person.
- Builds differ between developer machines, staging and production.
- Tests run inconsistently or only after production changes.
- After a failure, nobody can confirm which version, migration or configuration was deployed.
What we assess and deliver
- Review of the current build, test, release and rollback process
- Reproducible build with a versioned artifact or container image
- Pipeline stages for static checks, tests, security scans and approvals
- Staging and production deployment with a secrets and configuration model
- Health checks, database migration handling and documented rollback
- Release documentation and practical handover to the responsible team
Clear service boundaries
- Automation does not replace missing tests or business acceptance.
- Production access and secrets are not copied into CI systems without controls.
- Database changes with data-loss risk require separate checks.
- Zero downtime is an architecture decision, not a pipeline switch.
From assessment to a dependable result
- 01
Map the release path
Builds, tests, configuration, database changes and approvals are documented as one flow.
- 02
Create one artifact
The pipeline turns a commit into one identified artifact that moves through every environment.
- 03
Add controls
Tests, scans, approvals and health checks stop bad releases before or immediately after the switch.
- 04
Hand over operations
Rollback, logs, ownership and pipeline maintenance are rehearsed with the responsible team.

Releases stay dependable only when someone maintains the path.
We keep dependencies, runners, deployments and monitoring current within the agreed operations scope.
Explore application managementWhat to know before contacting us
Which CI/CD system do you use?
We work with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI and existing platforms. The right choice depends on the repository, infrastructure and ownership model.
Can an application deploy automatically without containers?
Yes. Containers are not required. The important parts are a reproducible build, controlled configuration and a deployment that can be verified and rolled back.
How are database migrations handled?
Migrations are versioned, tested in advance and included in the release order. Risky changes receive a separate data and rollback plan.
Can you maintain the pipeline afterwards?
Yes. Pipeline maintenance, deployments and monitoring can be included in application management.
Put your application into context
Describe the application, stack and current goal. We will respond with an initial view of the most useful next step.
