What belongs in an operations scope.
- Do we have to move to a specific provider?
- No. Existing servers can usually stay if access and the technical basis are suitable. Provider and server costs remain separate.
- Do you handle deployments as well?
- Yes. CI/CD, Docker and agreed release flows can be part of the scope. The application itself is considered separately.
- Is 24/7 on-call included?
- Not automatically. Response times and on-call coverage are only promised when explicitly agreed and technically supportable.
